Cottesloe Civic Centre
15.2 kWp / 15 kVA SOLAR PV ROOFTOP SYSTEM
Perdaman Advanced Energy (PAE) was awarded the contract by the Town of Cambridge for the design, supply, and installation of 30.25 kWp / 30 kVA solar PV system, successfully commissioned in October 2012.
The system comprises 80 premium Schott Perform Mono 190 W panels, seamlessly integrated with a robust 1 SMA Sunny Tripower 15 kVA inverter. The installation reflects the Town of Cottesloe’s commitment to sustainability and renewable energy adoption, helping reduce dependence on fossil fuels while lowering operational energy costs for community facilities.
The 15.2 kWp solar PV system is expected to produce approximately 22,800 kWh of clean energy each year, The renewable energy generation will help offset around 19836 kg of CO₂ emissions annually, providing a substantial positive environmental impact. The reduction in emissions is comparable to the carbon absorption of roughly 911 mature trees each year, supporting sustainability and a cleaner environment.
