150.81 kWp/ 150 kVA SOLAR PV ROOFTOP SYSTEM
Perdaman Advanced Energy (PAE) successfully developed and commissioned a Solar PV system at its own asset, the Margaret River Shopping Centre. Delivered as an in-house initiative, this project reinforces PAE’s commitment to sustainable innovation and project objective aligns with Western Australia’s Climate Policy, which targets net-zero emissions by 2050 and aims to improve climate resilience across sectors.
The System features 150.81kW/150 kVA for 457 highly efficient Trina Solar Panel supported by SMA Inverter supported by robust 3 SMA 50 kVA Inverter.
- Panels – 457 X Trina Solar
- Inverters – 3 x SMA 50 kVA
Recognizing the needs of a retail client, PAE implemented a streamlined billing process, ensuring accurate and efficient allocation of energy costs across shopping center tenants.
To safeguard long-term system performance, Perdaman Advanced Energy (PAE) delivers comprehensive weekly generation reports under its Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). This structured monitoring and reporting framework provides early identification of potential anomalies, ensures continued compliance with regulatory and operational standards, and supports sustained optimization of system output throughout the asset’s operational lifecycle.
This project has demonstrated PAE’s strong commitment to sustainable innovation and demonstrates our capability to design, engineer, and deliver large-scale renewable energy solutions across our owned portfolio.
