Independent EPCM Service for Como Shopping Centre

37.6kW Solar PV System

Perdaman Advanced Energy engaged in its first successful execution of an EPCM contract with commercial property specialists Lease Equity to install a 37.6kW system at Como IGA located 262 Canning Hwy, Como. Lease Equity was especially pleased and appreciative of the transparent nature of the business model that PAE newly introduced as a service to its solar PV clients. Moreover, this gave Lease Equity firsthand insight into the technical financial and environmental benefits offered by today’s commercial solar PV systems. The system consists of 114 Trina (330W) solar panels and 2x15kVA Fronius Symo inverters incorporating Clenergy Eco racking system and monitoring.

Outcomes

The system is designed to generate 53,386 kWh annually, reducing the carbon impact of the site by 44 tonnes CO₂ per year.
