594.1 kWp / 553 kVA SOLAR PV ROOFTOP SYSTEM

Perdaman Advanced Energy (PAE) was awarded the tender to design and install rooftop solar PV systems across six sites for the City of Albany. The installation and commissioning were carried out in multiple stages. The project began in 2022 with initial site —Albany Library. Impressed by the quality of work delivered, the council awarded PAE an additional two projects in 2022 Aquatic Centre and Airport. Expanding the partnership two more projects were awarded in 2023- Mercer Road and Administration Building.

Despite the project’s remote location, which had the potential to introduce significant logistical and delivery challenges, PAE mitigated risks through proactive planning and early mobilisation. Our installation team strategically travelled to site a day ahead of schedule, including over a weekend, ensuring that works commenced promptly and progressed without delay. Parallel to this, strong emphasis was placed on robust delivery schedules and supply chain management, securing a steady flow of materials and equipment to site This outcome was achieved through meticulous planning, stakeholder coordination, and staged execution, ensuring business continuity and compliance with operational requirements. Through these projects, PAE demonstrated its capability to deliver large-scale, complex solar PV systems in regional and operationally sensitive environments, achieving complete client satisfaction, on-time delivery, and high-quality outcomes while upholding strict safety and risk management standards.

1. Albany Airport

97.68 kWp/100 kVA SOLAR PV ROOFTOP SYSTEM

Perdaman Advanced Energy (PAE) was awarded the contract by the City of Albany Airport for the design, supply, and installation of 97.68 kWp / 100 kVA solar PV system, successfully commissioned in September 2022. The system comprises 264 premium Trina Solar 370 W panels, seamlessly integrated with a robust Fronius Tauro Eco 100 kVA inverter, ensuring maximum reliability, efficiency, and long-term performance.

The system generates approximately 164,100 kWh/year of clean energy annually, offsetting 111,000 kg of CO₂ emissions each year. The environmental benefit is equivalent to the carbon absorption capacity of approximately 5,100 mature trees each year. The PV system supports the City of Albany Airport’s renewable energy and sustainability goals by reducing reliance on grid power and lowering operational costs.

2. The National ANZAC Centre

71.82 kWp/54 kVA SOLAR PV ROOFTOP SYSTEM

Perdaman Advanced Energy (PAE) was awarded the contract by the City of Albany the National ANZAC Centre for the design, supply, and installation of 71.82 kWp / 54 kVA solar PV system, successfully commissioned in November 2023.

The system comprises 133 premium Shanghai JA 540 W panels, seamlessly integrated with a robust 2 Fronius Eco 27 kVA providing a combined capacity of 54 kVA. The system was installed on Klip-Lok roof using non-penetrating mounts, which securely grip the raised seams of the roof without drilling, protecting the structural integrity, leaks and roof warranty.

The 71.82 kWp solar PV system is expected to generate approximately 109,000 kWh/year of clean energy annually, The generation is offsetting around 88,000 kg of CO₂ emissions each year. This environmental benefit is equivalent to the carbon absorption capacity of approximately 4,000 mature trees annually.

3. Albany Administration Building

65.88 kWp / 54 kVA SOLAR PV ROOFTOP SYSTEM

Perdaman Advanced Energy (PAE) was awarded the contract by the City of Albany the Administration building for the design, supply, and installation of 65.88 kWp / 54 kVA solar PV system, successfully commissioned in November 2023.

The system comprises 122 premium Shanghai JA 540 W panels, seamlessly integrated with a robust 2 Fronius Eco 27 kVA providing a combined capacity of 54 kVA. The system was installed on Klip-Lok roof using non-penetrating mounts, which securely grip the raised seams of the roof without drilling, protecting the structural integrity, leaks and roof warranty.

The 65.88 kWp solar PV system is expected to generate approximately 100,130 kWh/year of clean energy, The generation is offsetting around 80,000 kg of CO₂ emissions each year. This environmental benefit is equivalent to the carbon absorption capacity of approximately 3700 mature trees annually.

4. Albany Library

39.6 kWp/ 30 kVA SOLAR PV ROOFTOP SYSTEM

Perdaman Advanced Energy (PAE) was awarded the contract by the City of Albany for the design, supply, and installation of 39.6 kWp / 30 kVA solar PV system at the Albany library, successfully commissioned in March 2022.
