159.5 kWp / 120 kVA SOLAR PV ROOFTOP SYSTEM

Perdaman Advanced Energy (PAE) was awarded the contract to restore and optimize the rooftop solar PV system at RAC Arena. Commissioned over a decade ago, the system had experienced declining performance, with inverter failures and panel degradation reducing output by 50%. PAE upgraded the system to the capacity of 159.5 kWp / 120 kVA.

The new system features 319 high efficiency 500 W Trina Solar Panels supported by robust 3 Fronius Primo GEN24 10 kVA Inverters along with other existing inverters.

Existing System New System
Panels 540 X Suntech (200W)

319 x Trina Solar

TSM-500NEG18R.20 (500 W)

Inverters 12 × SMA SMC 10000TL Inverters

Retained 9 X SMA SMC 10000TL Inverters (10 kVA)

Replaced Faulty Inverters 3 X Fronius Primo GEN24 10 (10 kVA)

PAE delivered a tailored optimization solution, upgrading the system to operate at maximum possible capacity aligning with CEC oversizing regulations. The integration of Fronius Inverters helped restore full generation capacity. The modernized infrastructure delivers improved sustainability outcomes, reduced operational risk, and long-term value for the client.

This project highlights PAE’s expertise in solar system restoration and optimization, the delivery of high-efficiency PV upgrades, and the integration of inverter technologies, reinforcing our capability to provide compliant, future-ready solutions for high-profile clients.
